General shipping information
SLM usually relies on GLS for its shipments with express insured service 24/48 hours.
Shipping costs in Italy are calculated at the time of purchase but are always free and include a free gift for purchases over 100€.
Free gifts for purchases over 100€ will be chosen by our staff.
These include Stickers, Custom Motorcycle Magazines, various Merchandising such as inch/metre gauges etc., depending on availability.
For the shipment of items outside the Italian territory, the shipping cost is calculated according to the country of destination.
Shipping times
Special Lab Motorcycle undertakes to ship goods according to the times indicated in the details of the products purchased.
The indications on delivery times are valid for products in stock, for those out of stock, delivery times start from procurement.
Warnings for international shipments
Shipments are only foreseen to countries belonging to the European Community, the cost of shipment will be calculated at the time the order is placed, as the cost varies depending on the geographical area.
